Chibuku scud seal enhances customer satisfaction

Chibuku Products Ltd (CPL) through its Corporate Affairs Manager, Wise Chauluka said that the introduction of the shrink seal two months ago on its Scud returnable beer is just another way of improving customer satisfaction and improving its brands.

“CPL being a progressive company continues to look for different ways to improve in product development and ways to enhance customer satisfaction,” said Chauluka.

He further said that in addition to improving seal ability, the shrink seal also brings in better branding opportunities for its plastic returnable bottles.

“The shrink seal was developed to achieve the above objectives with our customer’s satisfaction in mind,” added Chauluka.

However a sales lady who opted for anonymity at Kabila tavern in Zingwangwa which is one of CPL`s selling points welcomed the introduction of shrink seals as they make bottles intact.

“Sometimes when we left the business place for home, we would find some of the Scuds half empty the next day. The guards of the premises would drink half of it and leave the rest because there was no proper sealing which was destroying business as beers had to be discarded.

“This is a very welcome development because when we go home we rest assured to find the Scuds intact,” said the woman.

On 1st September CPL started putting Shrink seals on their Scud branded returnable beer.
