The so-called quota is supported by the MAJORITY OF MALAWIANS; and SKC and his bus company will go down i defeat, majorly, on this issue. He’s shown great naivite by denouncing this fair system (fair to the whole country) right off the blocks.
I tell you, the so-called quota is a third rail in Malawi politics; no body of consequence will want to mess with it.
