First of all let me start that by saying this am not implying that Pioneer investments are corrupt or were trying to be but they must know better that we don’t issue chaques when paying illegal commissions. Which leads me to the second point that the state house explanation that it was an honest fulfilment of a K145m pledge for the construction of DPP headoffice to be true. Now everybody knows we don’t issue chaques when the account has no money so what was wrong for PI to fulfill the pledge after being paid?
