The Civil Servants are simply sabotaging the DPP government when they are doing the job to the book, when they are shooting down the attempts by the DPP Government to steal from the public coffers.

Watota Kunkuyu: What is wrong with you? The Ombudsman and CFTC are well run institutions managed by learned female lawyers who don’t practice partisan politics. Zakuba ayi. Azimayi onsewa have a no-nonsense approach to their work. They don’t care whether it is DPP in power or MCP. They stand for the truth, nothing but the truth. That’s why the Ombudsman ordered senior Government officials who engaged in tractor-gate to return the stolen government assets. These two no-nonsense women will definitely ensure that the DPP does not rig 2019 elections.

Come 2019 some of us will be in trouble because we support the opposition. I thought there is multiparty.
Winning elections, in most cases, has nothing to do with delivering on campaign promises or proof of developmental projects. It’s a case of how smart the patty iat tricking its electorate into voting it into power. DPP has perfected the art. We shouldn’t be surprised if they win again in 2019. All we can do is to give them a tough time if they don’t deliver on their promises.
Many civil servants are blatantly sabotaging government efforts. Then, there are those that are purposely promoting an opposition agenda. Imagine, for example, a Government Department organising an event and inviting an opposition parliamentarian to be the Guest of Honour? What is that?
The Ombudsman was the first to invite an MCP Politician to launch their strategic plan. Two weeks ago, CFTC did the same inviting opposition politicians to preside over their function in Mzuzu. When Mchacha says muli Aperezi m’boma, he is right. Ku Ombudsman ndi ku CFTC kuli Aperezi.

I respect your views but you seem to lose your direction. The Ombudsman is a very learned person. There might be good reasons she did that. Don’t practice old days politics, opposition is part and parcel of Malawi. Mind you civil servants have the capacity to decide who wins in 2019 General Election.
