All the best girl. You have the skill and experience of netball. my priceless advice: respect your legs now, do not open them anyhow to guys whose history you don’t know- you will finish before you accomplish anything. In fact you are mature now, look to make an enviable future….

Proper procedures are there but they are restrictive in nature in that they are interwoven with bureaucracy. At the end of the day the prospective player fails to get signed. Due to that bureaucracy, foreign netball clubs follow different procedures that are legitimate in nature to sign netball players. Lauren found an agent named Natalie Swift to do the needful. Mwawi found Hlupekire Phiri – Chalamba to facilitate her move. It would be proper that those restrictive but bureaucratic procedures are revised. They are torturous on netball players.
