I received a first social media report that Chipiku shop in Kasungu was on fire at 4:20pm and saw the fire engine passing through Mponela Trading Centre through MBC TV live broadcast ahead of President’s arrival from Ntchisi direction at 4:45pm. So Mr reporter where exactly at Mponela and for how many minutes was the fire engine held before it was allowed to proceed?
