Gabadinho snubs Liberian club for Bullets stay
Malawian new sensation forward Gabadinho Mhango has ruled out a move to Liberian top club Invincible Eleven.
Gabadinho has been linked with the Monrovia-based club after its chairperson Willard Russell said he would like to offer him an outright contract after watching him play for Malawi against Liberia during Tuesday’s friendly.
He was introduced late the in the game, putting the visitors under siege, attracting the interest of Russell.
But the forward who is with the national team in Accra, Ghana told Nyasa Times that he wants to stay with Big Bullets FC in Malawi.
“I am not going to accept the move to Liberia,” said the striker who who has scored 14 goals in 16 games this season.
“I am staying put at Bullets,” said the new goal machine.
Bullets general secretary Higger Mkandawire has also said the club will not accept any offers for their hotshot until he completes his secondary school education.

“We are not entertaining any offers for Gaba. He has to complete his secondary school education and develop his game before moving to a foreign team,” said Mkandawire.
The club’s position is supported by Gaba’s father, Society Mhango.
