Is it alright for topless girls to be dancing at Mulhakho wa Alhomwe festival? Isn’t this one of the cultures that can fuel early marriages? Madam, if you are so concerned with the plight of our girls, do not choose what to condemn. All indecent cultural practices should not have any place in our country.
