She has been out of the spotlight for some good four years; but, Mzuzu-based Martha Nthakomwa is now back with her new album Nditumeni.
The just released ten-track album is, according to Nthakomwa, a continuation of the message she relayed in her debut album, Palibe Wina.
She told Nyasa Times that just like in her last album, the new album caresses on themes of hope and encouragement.
“The message in the new album is that no matter what we go through, no matter what storm, God will stand by our side,” she said.
Produced by veteran musician Lloyd Phiri the album features such songs as Ponyani Chingwe, Amayankha and Yehova M’busa Wanga.
In some of the songs, she collaborates with artists Kondwani Chirwa and Ruth Missi.
“Plans are underway to officially launch the album probably in August, but as at present the album is being sold in all major music outlets across the country,” she said.Follow and Subscribe Nyasa TV :
