Gospel singer Favoured Martha releases second album
After releasing her first album tittled “Ondikonda” one of the gospel singers in the country, Martha Pingasa commonly known as Favoured Martha in music industry has released her second solo album titled “Yehova Musavomeleze” will start selling on 5 February, 2015.
The album has 10 tracks which include, “Ondikonda Ndinu”, “Uko Kumwamba”, “Amandikonda”, “Yehova M’busa”, “Mau Otsiriza” and “Kwaikika Kwa Munthu”.
Favoured Martha had her 2013 debut album titled “Ondikonda”, which won her the Best Female accolade in the Malawi Music Awards 2013-2014.
“The album is now ready for release and it will be going on the market this coming week,” said the singer-songwriter,.
She further explained that the new recording, produced by the magic hands of Joseph Tembo and recorded at Groove Magic studio in Blantyre, carries the message of hope.
“Listening to this album you’ll still stand on God regardless of what you’re going through. It’s a composition that gives hope to the listener,” assured the singer.
The second release comes out weeks after she donated assorted items to some of the victims affected by floods in Chilobwe Township in Blantyre through her Favoured Martha Charity Initiative.
