One intern confided in me that they were 10 interns in an office at Capital Hill and were all doing nothing. They was no job in the office and were all busy playing bawo outside or on whatsaap and messenger. Office heads tell them there was no resources for the job. They were planted there for political gains. So some therefore choose to stay at home and help do some house chores rather than doing nothing in offices.

Zaulere zimatero. These graduates are not stupid. They know that they cannot be fired because their employment is a campaign gimmick. If the top exec is stealing, why can thdy not join the bandwagon. What the DPP govt has done is to expose them to the looting tricks in govt very early in their careers more especially as we go into election. We are training another breed of looters.
This program has no future and is just a ploy by DPP to fool Malawians that it is reducing unemployment in Malawi. Its just useless.

We take 2 buses everyday and we need to buy lunch and u think its okay to talk trash like that while u enjoying big allowances for doing nothing in your offices. If you want to withdraw our allowances for the sake of funding the gvnt campaign then just say so and shut up, dont abuse us. Pay us and dismiss your stupid politically motivated internship.. we see what ur doing.

I wish you would have put yourself in his shoes he has a point to a certain extent. Come on how do you think they are surviving its not easy to survive on k 80,000 in 50 days using this money for transportation everyday. If the money is no longer in the hands of govt they why is it taking so long to pay them ? If the committee handling the money have the money as they said that the program is already funded why are they not paying them?
Ngati ili campaign kufuna kutinamiza ife achinyamata nde mwaupondaaa
Here is a ready research topic for university lecturers and their pist graduate students
A paramount Chief gets MK100,000 for doing nothing. A graduate after all that toil get Mk80,000 for working so hard. What an insult?
No need to sound this warning if all this was stipulated in their contracts.
