It is so pathetic that when the whole world including Malawi Government is talking about HIV/AIDS the tax collecting body Malawi Revenue Authority is very busy transferring wives of people away from their families. I don’t think they are concerned about HIV/AIDS pandemic. Atupere take action on this government institution
