House maid wins car in Zikomo Promotion
A 64 year old woman employed in domestic service at Area 10 residence in Lilongwe was overwhelmed after emerging the winner of second car (Mazda Demeo) in Zikomo promotion conducted by Channel for all nations’ radio.
Alice Magombo emerged the winner following a draw which the radio held on Tuesday.
“I am very excited that God has now answered my prayers beyond what I was expecting and I will not forget this for the rest of my life,” she said
Magombo said during the time she received the call from Channel For All Nations that she has won the car, she was on her way to Kauma resident where she stays from her working place. After receiving the message she fell down in disbelief.
After the draw, the station manager, for Channel for all nations’ radio, Jennifer Tseka encouraged those who want to participate in this competition to start sending messages written ‘zikomo’ to 58412 since there are still various prices to be won including another car.
Further, she also said that the aim of the competition is to thank all the listeners for their support since they started and also to raise funds to extend its radio broadcasting.
