Humba likely to go unopposed: SRFA polls shifted to Nov 15

Football Association of Malawi (FAM) has ordered Southern Region Football Association not to hold its elective conference next month on 7thNovember but instead shift it later to 15thNovember as will be the case with all other regional football associations.

Humba: No challenger so far

The Southern Region Football Association confirmed the shifting of the dates in a brief notice to its affiliates.

“Following advice from Football Association of Malawi you are hereby notified that the dates for the elective AGM have been shifted from 7th -15th November.

The process of receiving nominations for those interested to contest on various positions during the elective AGM commenced on Thursday last week.

However, until Tuesday, the 20th October 2020, there were no nominations presented for possible candidates to challenge the incumbent executive committee led by Raphael Humba.

The collection of nomination forms ends on 31st October 2020, fifteen days before the polling day.
