Ufulu Nalivata is a hard core criminal. He forged documents while at Lilongwe District Council and went away with over K6 million. He ran away leading to the arrest of his immediate boss Kisyombe who was convicted and sentenced to IHL at Maula. It baffles me to hear that he sneaked into the country got a job at CoM, swindled again and again at NCHE. Araea 3 Police, this is the culprit you have been looking for. Apprehend him please.

BTW, I support ICAM ‘s decision as long as there is no regionalism, nepotism and tribalism at ICAM. In fact, this case has caught my attention. I have to find out the regional composition of this board. We have seen some lawyers literally being convicted and sentenced to prison e.g. Kasambara. But their professional bodies have completely done nothing in disciplining them just because there is high regionalism and nepotism in those professional bodies.
