The truth is 90% of Malawians have lost trust with DPP, there4 by removing other parties flags and replace them with theirs doesn’t make it popular again. One thing I wanna remind DPP is that the recent event in Ntcheu wasn’t political but rather a cultural one and there was a colour designated specially for the event, there4 it’s awkward for someone to wear a political party colour instead of the designated colour by the organisers.
