International Christian Assembly announces catalyst conference 2017

Following positive feedback on last year’s event, the International Christian Assembly (ICA), Organizers of Catalyst annual leadership conference has announced that this year’s event is scheduled to take place in August.

Rev Dr Enson Lwesya: People should expect great conference

ICA Senior Pastor Rev Dr. Enson Mbilikile Lwesya told Nyasa Times that the event will take place at Crossroads Hotel in the capital Lilongwe from 1 to 2 August and people should expect a great event.

“We believe God has called us to be a blessing in every part of our society, using our skills and passions for the common good and we truly believe that participants of this year’s catalyst conference will benefit from this event,” he said.

According to Dr. Lwesya, this year’s conference will be held under the theme “Inspire-Envision-Create” and will bring together different leaders and Creators who will inspire and challenge people to start developing innovations that can transform this country and even across the borders.

He added “we would want to develop leaders that will truly minister to this nation through creativity and innovation in the market square, religious, political and corporate organizations. People will be tough how to come up with business ideas, how to develop businesses and they will also learn leadership skills because leadership is about influence.”

Lwesya said the catalyst conference is open to anyone who really wants to make a difference in the business world and of course in the house of the Lord.

“Catalyst has come to among others address the leadership gap which he said has retarded Malawi’s development growth and this event is open to  anyone who feels God has placed a seed of Transformation in them regardless of their denomination or their circle of influence,” said Lwesya.

He said some amazing speakers who have already confirmed their  participation include Bishop Kepha Omae from Kenya, Dr. Stella Kasirye from Uganda, Bishop Solomon Adebayo from Nigeria, Dr. Andrew Mkwaila, Dr. Mary Mkandawire and the host Dr. Enson Lwesya, all from Malawi.

Catalyst Conference started in 2014, and has been running every year. This year’s registration standard fee is K35, 000. And we have early Bird price of K30, 000 for those Participants will also pay before 26th July 2017.
