Mountains are not meant for people to live in as the peoples lives are at great risk the lasting solution is to relocate them they will continually be lacking basic commodities which the public service provides due to their numbers at the sametime the enviroment is at risk of exploitation by the villagers.

They should just come down the mountain and live with the rest of us in the valley. Mountains are for wild animals like hyenas, wild pigs, monkeys, leopards, antelope, etc. Where do these people think these wild creatures should live.
These people remind me of lower shire people who live next to the river and cry for our help when the floods come in.
