Why not install solar lights? In a country where the regime doesnt want its people to enjoy electricity these lights will be useless. And why does that small project cost a staggering 47.5 million kwacha?

How can 40 concrete poles and power lines spaning 2km cost 47mn kwacha?
Very strange indeed. A pole cost mk300000. So 40 poles should be mk12000000. Am not sure if wires, transportation of 40 poles plus labor can cost mk35000000

Why does ESCOM/EGENCO always has to be pushed? I thought this is the government project…mmmmmmh!!
