The problem is that Malawi has one of the most corrupt judiciary systems. Cases take long to conclude more especially those involving huge sums of money because the judges benefit

Mr Mtatemba you are just echoing what our sad APM says all the time of fighting corruption together yet ur mandate is to fight it to the core. APM & all the instutions Matemba included r there to end graft why u push ur responsibity to us & when YAS take up the matter to court, judges say YAS has no interest in matter of stealing our taxes. ACB the toothless mandated institution is keeping files of ministers implicated in the K266 billion theft, Chopandas appeal is not coming & so many issues numerous that u r not acting. This young man is actually doing your job Mr. Matemba and I am sure you know that. I believe time will come when you will be answerable to both Malawians and God the creator. As soon as May next year or later you will also have to answer such questions as “did I do enough for Malawians on corruption or not”.

Matemba is too incompetent and has no clues to make Malawi a corruption free nation……………!

Sincerely Kajoloweka qualifies to be ACB Director osati zinazi!!

While it might be too much on Matemba, I am now made to understand that the guy is merely trained as a subordinate/follower and NOT a leader…………….!

According to media reports both print and electronic, one side filed an appeal in the Supreme Court days after Mr. Chaponda was left off the hook by a Magistrate in Zomba. While on the theft of diesel the police are handling the matter after apprehending five suspects who included a security guard.
