Davis Katsonga wondered why the Former Accountant General, Mr Kandoje has up to now no case to answer yet he is the one who authorized payment of all the cashgate cheques. if he was not involved in this scam, he could have sounded a warning to Government and stopped payment of all the suspicious cheques, but Nay, he went ahead signing everything that he came across, meaning he knew what was happening and he also benefited from the looting.
