The soft-spoken musician said first launch will be next Sunday at Mvama CCAP Church in Area 49 in the capital Lilongwe.

Chirwa is making a return after being silent for three years since the release of ‘Kumwamba’ in 2013 but still receives great listening power.

In an interview, Chirwa said it has taken him a while to come up with the new album because he wanted to give Malawians the best.

“I always take time to release albums because I always strive for excellence, believe me this new album is full of anointing and people will be transformed after digesting the message in it” said Chirwa.

He said the album carries a strong message of hope to those in spiritual captivity and it is full of encouragement to those who think life is meaningless.

Produced by a bunch of experienced producers who include Joseph Tembo of Groove Magic, Lolyd Phiri of One Heart Studios and Khumbo Kaliwo and Norman Phiri of Anointed Records, Back to the Sender has more soul soothing songs that include Vyalema, Akuyesa Mwagona, Zikomo Yesu and Heavenly Father.
