Punitive measure should be taken against people who abuse public money at councils otherwise people need not to be taken for grated to enrich greedy people who abuse peoples money at council. By the way what is council doing with the money because you can see that they are even failing to fix small problems in towns and cities. It is wise that they should be accountable to people from whom they are demanding funds vby listing projects they have carried out through the year after people have paid those monies rather than used as conduits to their king cashcaters.… Read more »
