Malawi defender Chavula to join Lebanese club

Malawi national teeam defender Moses Chavula, stands a chance of playing in the Lebanese Premier League as he has joine Lebanese side, Nejmeh SC.

According to Soccer Laduma  report, Chavula will join up with his new teammates in Lebanon as they prepare for their campaign in both their domestic league and the Asian Cup.

The left-back came to South Africa in 2008 when he joined Nathi Lions from Mighty Wanderers and then, after a three-year stint with the club, he went on to join Usuthu in 2011.

Despite his contract in Durban running until 2014 it seems that Chavula is keen to move on from Mzansi in order to gain regular game time elsewhere and it seems that Lebanon’s Premier League is where he will end up.
