You have just nailed it down Wakuda. Like all crooks this DPP government is too good at COOKING UP FIGURES . The proof of that is Goodall Gondwe has been making such CLAIMS for the past 15 years, but what has changed? Nothing!
If anything by the same IMF standards indicators, show Malawi has dropped down to be one of the poorest countries on earth. Ironically all self-serving DPP thieves have become the richest tycoons not only in Malawi but also this African sub-region. Including MATCHONAs!!!
