Malawi is sitting with the most corrupt lawyers in the whole world. We have lawyers with no ethics and in most cases immoral. Malawi Law Commission should address this matter first before reviewing Supreme Court of Appeal Act. Malawi legal system has reached unprecedented crisis levels when it comes to integrity and ethics which is the cornerstone of the profession.

This is another futile exercise. A lot of money was spent on the review which DPP shot down by buying heartless MPs who voted new acts down. Malawi is in a very sorry state because of poverty which stinks even among the so call learned and educated. Poor Malawi will always is be poor. How will this help the poor Malawian in the village have food, good shelter and clothes; zero.
