I said it and I will say it again. The battle against corruption will never be won in Malawi if L. Kondowe maintains his position as Director of ACB. Even if PAC summons him, on the matter, he can’t help us in anyway. He is just a bootlicker who was not supposed to hold that crucial position in the first place.
Menyani, if ACB under Cesar Kondowe is failing to track down issues within Malawi, what do you expect from them on this issue since Bingu’s money is alleged to be in various bank accounts and various countries? Everyone in Malawi know that Möta Engil is Muntharikas business. It is still like that. APM is in this business too. Its the way to get tax money or what I call stealing from poor people. Where have u seen One only One contractor having all contracts in a country? Bingu got a house in Portugal from Motal Engil. His children go and the house is in the name of Duwa. Alekeni Menyani and PAC you will only eat our money. The fact that you will work with ACB director and director of Assets declaration shows why this exercise will fail.
After all, I know that you will never tell the nation whatever you will discover although you are using tax money. Ever since Alekeni Menyani became chair of PAC, what we hear is ‘summoning of people’ that’s all. No briefing of what transpired in the meeting.
