How can one process deceased estate without the beneficiaries involvement? Please, give us a break. Why has the Accountant General and other concerned parties (District Councils) involved, where such claims originate allowed the procedures to collapse?

Most Malawians are evil. How do you embezzle deceased money? This man at least was receiving something at the end of the month but those meant to benefit from this money might be very poor people.
