Go to pa ziziri or pa mango in kameza and chileka and see all the police and rtd officers drink and drive on weekends

Not surprised method your report Chigwenembe. The issue is that there is corruption activities at Road traffic offices, and the citizens. Most of the people holding a driving licence in our Counrty has not been to a driving school , and if they have just to know how to start , Mark 3 point turn, hillstatrt and reversing, but no proper driving lessons. We don’t have theory test and then go for proper training as in other countries. How do you expect the offences to be low.
