Malawi Queens date New Zealand in friendly before Fast 5 world series

Malawi Queens will play a test match against New Zealand national netball team, commonly known as the Silver Ferns, later this year.

The surprise package of last year’s Fast 5 netball world series, Malawi finished fifth of the six teams after beating Australia twice and England once.

The three-test series will take place in October, with Malawi to first contest a two-test series against the Australian Diamonds on the 19th and 22nd.

The Silver Ferns will host Malawi in Wellington on October 24, Napier on October 27 and Hamilton on October 31.
