Its a shame to those that control the fiscus. It takes Red Cross to build a functioning toilet albeit not flushing. What type of schools are you building with taxpayers money. Look at the building itself (looks like I am still in the 70’s). What type of education would one get from such ugly school blocks. Koma ndiye tatsalira kwambiri. As citizens we need to ask for more from our political leaders….dont accept these mediocre structures that destroy our children’s future.
