Malawi tennis boss suspended over K3.9mil
Lawn Tennis Association of Malawi president, Titani Muwalo, has been given an indefinite suspension because of K3.9million which was reportedly looted.
Tennis secretary general Stan Kaunda said they body gave Muwalo a chance to repay the money to Malawi National Council of Sport but he has failed.
“Therefore,” said Kaunda, “we have no choince but to suspend our president.”
Muwalo said the money was used for Linda Msiska trip to South Africa and payment of coaches salarie.
He said he will raise the money to pay back.
