Malawians feared dead in bus from South Africa

Business Times Express bus which was coming from South Africa to Malawi has overturned in Tete in Mozambique Sunday night when it  tried to avoid hitting herds of cattle that were crossing the road, police has confirmed.

Reports reaching Nyasa Times says there have been several injuries and others are feared dead on the spot.

However, Dedza police spokesperson Edward Kabango told a local radio that police will come up with more details later.

Meanwhile those interested to know more about the accident are advised to call the company’s office on: 0999934227.

But when Nyasa Times called the company for more details, they were coy to comment.
