Malawi’s Paramount Ngoni chief M’Mbelwa body lying in state
The body of the late Inkosi ya Makosi Mbelwa IV has been lying in state at Mtunthama State Lodge in Lilongwe before its burial on Saturday in Mzimba.
The Ngoni leader died in the wee hours of Tuesday at Mwaiwathu Hospital in Blantyre.

Government has declared that the late Chief Mbelwa should be accorded a state funeral which the President Joyce Banda will attend .
Member of the bereaved family, Harvey Jere commended government for the support rendered to the fallen Ngoni king.
