Man found hanged on a tree, dead
Malawi police are investigating the death of a man who was found hanging in a tree on Tuesday at squatter township of Kachere along the Blantyre- Zomba road.
The body was found by children who were playing around the place, police said.
Police were informed immediately after detecting the body which was found hanging from a tree.
Southern Region Police spokesperson Nicholas Gondwa said they will carry thorough investigations on the matter.
The body of the man has been taken away from the tree and post-mortem will be carried.
