Hon. Chiwaya please do not politicize the kabaza issue. For some of you who have never visited Mangochi Boma the road from Mankhwala to Soko bus stage, and that branch to Bakili Muluzi Bridge the road is congested with kabaza riders diminishing the beauty of the town and not safe to drive mainly during the night. In addition the Kuzigulila malo proramme have seen many people from other district trekking to Mangochi boma making it over populated with everyone going for the Kabaza business. Am on the side of the Council just to ban them around the town.
