“He is so excited about the show and he is promising his fans in CT a night to remember.

“This is a night which every Malawian living in Cape Town can’t afford to miss,” said the singer’s manager.

The ‘Udalire’ and ‘Zili ndi Iwe’ hits maker will be making his second appearance in South Africa after he last performed in the country at the Big Brother Africa in 2011.

During the forthcoming performace, Maskal is expected to take live video shots for one of his (undisclosed) songs and as indicated by his manager, there will also be time for the artist to take pictures with his fans.

Meanwhile, after his South African trip, Maskal is scheduled to leave for the United Kingdom where he is slated to have two concerts.

“Back from SA, he will have a few weeks in Malawi, before leaving for UK. He will be in Birmingham on November 30 and in Glasgow on December 7,” Maskal’s manager revealed.

In Birmingham, the award-winning singer will have a concert at Iqbal Banqueting Suite 136-138 Victoria Road B6 5HH, and as indicated by Loka, venue details for the Glasgow show will be disclosed at a later date.

Maskal has two albums titled ‘Nthawi’ and ‘Umunthu’. Some of his hit songs include ‘Udalire’, ‘Wa CV’, ‘Ndiwe Wanga’, ‘Zili ndi Iwe’ and ‘Chikondi’.
