Central Region based Masters Security Football Club chairmanAlfred Gangata has revealed that the club has given itself a target of winning the TNM Super League title in the 2019 season.
Flamboyant Gangata said: “I know how to plan things and I know what to do [So that we win the league]”.
According to Gangata, the dream is possible as long as team work continue to exists at the club.
“It is a good time for us to show what we can do and I can assure you that we can do. We will do things behind people’s expectations” confident Gangata told a local radio on Wednesday.
The Master Security gaffer also boosted that they will repeatedly hammer big clubs [Be Forward Wanderers and Nyasa Big Bullets] the way it happened last season.
The youthful Masters side took Malawi football by storm last season when they defied all odds to beat domestic soccer Blantyre giants Mighty Be Forward Wanderers and Nyasa Big Bullets to historically win the Carlsberg Cup Final.
The team went further to finish fourth in the league attracting prize money of K3.5 Million and were also voted as the most improved side in the league for the 2018 season at a glamorous award presentation ceremony held last weekend at Cross Roads Hotel in the Commercial City of Blantyre.Follow and Subscribe Nyasa TV :
