    2.He has made accidents during night while driving under influence with motorvehicles belonging to the city council registered as LL4 and LL11 in the process suffocating already vehicle stranded departments.To make it worse,the council pays for all the maintenance cost unlike drivers who pay for themselves when involved in reckless accidents.
    3.He embezeled a whooping k1,800,000 as allowances on a 2 day tour to the city of Blantyre accompanied by the mayor.this is not realistic in any way as the stated costs do not tally with what he is supposed to receive as allowances
    4.As a boot licker advocacy,he has so far managed to divide the management team especially the directors by using the divide and rule strategy and this is detrimental to departments that rely on each to execute daily duties.anyone trying to say his minds out is labelled as an enemy
    5.He has promoted nepotism as he is only entertaining the Chewas and Tumbukas in positions within the council this because he has the said tribe’s roots
    6.He has managed to allocate plots meant for the few employees and the citizenry to mostly his relatives and friends including a girlfriend at Area 49.
    7.He pocketed allowances for work he did not do and this has been covered by his trusted director of finance and his so called cousin the director of commerce,trade and industry .
    8.He can not take responsibilities if something goes wrong and always push the blame to others.He recently suspended a young and energetic operations officer for the council because of the recent vendors saga but luckly the suspension has been uplifted with the involvement of the police,vendors association and the mayor who felt the young man was unfairly disciplined
    9.He can not make decisions as things and other urgent documents pile up in his office for a longer period.
    10.He has made many underhand deals especially with the Burundians in the city.
