Iwe Bwampwapwa ndiwe mbuli, it is tax payers money which it is going to be used so to say that Lucius should not seek help from govt coz he said they are idiots does not carry water. You are the one with mamina heads. Malawi is for all of us and we chose democracy. Stop that mind set mbuli iwe. Do people from Balaka not pay tax?????
