Its very simple and clear that these People got rich by stealing. Wasting or trying to win time is what US happening that Malawi continue being corrupted nation. The donors say take their property sell on auction even to foreigners to get back the money. Can that be a long proccess? I have not seen anyone from DDP convicted yet.
