Describing it as ‘tailored services to the individual needs of employers’, the new process which is the firm’s first premium recruitment solutions called ValidiHire and ValidiChecks, is a transition to a model that will reflect on the increasing value that employers and human resources professionals place on Myjobo.com.

Geoffrey Banda, Co-Founder and Director of Myjobo.com which was launched in 2014 to provide free job advertising and job search, says the premium services have been prompted by huge number of requests they have been receiving from several employers.

Banda says they had to listen to the employers who indicated that they are looking for innovative recruitment products that are fast, reliable, professional and are able to reduce their workload.

“We will continue to simplify recruitment processes. Our team and associates are buzzing to provide quality services and make recruitment simple and seamless,” said Banda.

With the new ValidiHire service, fast-paced recruiters can access the ever-growing online CV database on Myjobo.com to search for talent. Recruiters can also assign Myjobo.com to receive job applications, screen applicants, rank candidates, and shortlist the candidates on their behalf.

Recruiters can access fast, professional and reliable pre-employment checks for candidates with the innovative ValidiChecks service. Myjobo.com provides flexible checking services such as reference checks, education verification checks, professional verification checks and employment history verification checks.

A statement issued to match the new services indicate that some employers have already benefited from the initiative albeit on trial basis in the past six months and they have appreciated that the flexible nature of the services suits all kinds of employers.

Myjobo.com is one of the fastest growing Malawian websites which boasts of over 30,000 registered job seekers, 225 registered employers and over 150,000 monthly website visitors.

The launch of the premium services occurs at a time when Myjobo.com is celebrating its two-year anniversary. Myjobo.com is established as Malawi’s leading and trusted online job site with many employers registering and using its free job advertising service.

Advertising jobs on Myjobo.com will remain free to all employers. The premium services will be available from October 11, 2016.
