National Bank restores service at Customs Road after power cut
National Bank of Malawi plc has resumed normal operations at its Customs Road Service Centre following a power supply problem, and will stay open an extra hour to make up for lost time.
In a notice to customers, the bank said the centre’s power supply challenges had been resolved. To compensate for the time lost during the closure, the centre will close at 4pm instead of 3pm.
The bank apologised for the inconvenience and thanked customers for their patience. The notice, signed by management, did not say how long the centre was closed or when the extended hours will take effect.
