Ngwira seeking ‘new adventure’ after being released by Wanderers: Giggs taking him to Desportivo
Defending midfielder Jacob Ngwira has announced that he has been released by Mighty Be Forward Wanderers and is being linked with a move to Mozambique side Desportivo de Maputo.
“I wish Wanderers all the best and I will look out for their progress in the coming season, “said Ngwira.
Wanderers coach Jack Chamangwana confirmed the club has let go Ngwira and striker Victor Nyirenda.
Meanwhile, football agent Ken Giggs said he is taking Ngwira to Mozambique to sign for Desportivo.
The player is expected to leave for the Mozambican capital this Friday.
Giggs said it will not be difficult to negotiate for his transfer as a free agent.
He said it up to Ngwira “to impress the technical panel” during the trials.
Ngwira said is looking forward to his “next adventure.”
Giggs is also behind Wanderers goalkeeper Richard Chipuwa’s move to Tete Province side Chingare FC.
