Kamuzu Barracks midfield workhorse Harvey Nkacha says he is happy that he has finally been recalled to the national team after a long time.
Nkacha first made a breakthrough but he did not succeed after sustaining an injury during training with the national team.
“I am happy to bounce back to the national team after a long time” said Nkacha.
However, the player said his call up did not come as a surprise as he has been working hard and perfomed impressively.
“I was depressed with that injury but I am happy that I managed to recover and improve my perfomance afterwards hence attracting the attention of national team coaches”
“I am ready to work and I will fight for my country if included in the final squad” said Nkacha.
According to Nkacha, his call up did not come as a surprise.
“This did not come as a surprise to me and even to those who have been watching me; no one can question my inclusion” he said.

The 13 teams then join 27 top-ranked teams on the continent to play home-and-away over two legs with the 20 winners advancing to the third round.
The 20 teams will be divided into five groups of four teams to play home-and-away round-robin matches and five group winners will qualify for the 2018 Fifa World Cup.Follow and Subscribe Nyasa TV :
