I resigned as a science teacher after teaching for 4 yrs. How can one who spends more time in Lab get the same salary with the one teaching chichewa, history

Physical Science has been split into 2 subjects Physics and Chemistry without additional teachers. I hope government will do something soon as we have a lot of trained teachers out there waing for employment
