These wayward politicians have created an enabling environment for breeding delinquent children incapable of becoming productive citizens. The strategy has worked for politicians in that, when they need votes they make a trip to the villages, shower these delinquent youths with a bag of maize and thats it……they get the votes and mandate to loot for 5 years. Honourable Msaka please do something to get all kids to school. Make education free. These are the things that should keep you awake at night and not distributing desks and chairs to schools.
