PAC to hold elections on December 20

The quasi-religion Public Affairs Committee (PAC) will conduct elections of its board of directors on December 20, 2016 the organisation’s spokesman has confirmed.

PAC leadership to seek fresh mandate

PAC Spokesman Reverend Father Peter Mulomole said during the polls some members of the current board who have served for one term are expected to seek a renewal of their mandate.

Positions up for grabs are for chairperson, vice chairperson, treasurer, board secretary, publicity secretary and committee members.

Reverend Felix Chingota is the incumbent chair. He took over from Bishop James Tengatenga who  resigned.

PAC Executive Director Robert Phiri  said the board’s mandate expired in May.
