The honourable member is right, actually the whole program is a scam which is benefiting rich political elites, why not invest this much in irrigation?4 yrs kumangoyimba nyimba ya greenbelt? Malungas views are representing a committee not a party so I strongly support their line of reasoning.we want long term strategies now, revive the schemes and cooperatives basi we will achieve the food security status we want.ndipo athu akwa malunga mpatseni vote ina mkuluyu he has been very active as far as his role as mp is concerned.

The difference between a politician and a father. Hon Malinga, do you expect people to trust you? Several people have been affected by last growing season disasters and you as brainless as you are thinks of votes. Koma ndiye mukuopatu mpaka proposing budget reduction. Ndale sitimadya ife, we eat UFA from maize. Mupusa nazotu ndalezi. Everything good happening is for votes ndiye kuti? Take care ndimalankhulidwe any opusao simubwereratu Ku Parliament.
