Malawian musician Phyzix was left beaming with pride after receiving a surprise package in the post — his very own YouTube Silver Creator Award, handed out to mark his channel smashing the 100,000 subscriber milestone.

The singer couldn’t resist sharing the moment with fans, posting a photo on Facebook of himself proudly holding up the sleek black box emblazoned with the unmistakable YouTube logo.

‘Today, I received a package in the mail at lunch, only to find my YouTube Silver Creator Award for hitting 100K subscribers,’ he wrote, alongside an eagle emoji.

The star was quick to heap praise on those who helped him reach the milestone, thanking his legion of subscribers, followers and supporters for their unwavering backing.

The coveted Silver Creator Award is handed out exclusively by YouTube to channels that cross the 100,000 subscriber threshold — a mark of recognition reserved for only a select band of content creators who manage to build a substantial online following.

For Phyzix, the achievement marks a major milestone in his growing online presence, cementing his status as one of the platform’s rising Malawian stars
